Warranty,Exchange, Returns and Refunds

All products are sold and cover with difference warranty model.Lifetime warranty for drone parts,batteries,accessories and Limited Manufacturer's warranty for Drone/Quadcopter/Multicopter, Drone's Camera,Handheld and others. For some products cover by store warranty. All store warranty claims are managed by CameraDronesPlaza authorized service center. And not all items are covered by our store warranty plan, please check the item listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. And for warranty information can be found in the warranty card that accompanied an official stamp from our store and purchase date stamp.

All products are checked before they are sent out. In the unlikely event that product is faulty, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt and product must be returned to our service center for repair at the address as provided by us, provided that the device has not been altered beyond that necessary to evaluate it, has no physical damage, and has been soldered or assembled by the user. Manufacturing defects identified during that period will be repaired by CameraDronesPlaza or replaced by with the same item. You are required to provide photos or a video of the item(s) if returns for servicing is required. This is to help us assist you in evaluating the problem, before you ship back a product. This will help you determine if a product is indeed a defect.

We dont responsible for any personal injury, damage or issue caused to other product or private property due to wrong connection, product misusage, bad contact, bad wiring, reversed polarity or product incompatibility. When connecting multiple devices it's the user's responsibility to examine and to be familiar with each device making sure their voltages, polarities and plugs are correct and compatible before connecting everything. Give it twice more attention before connecting items from different brands or manufacturers.

When you need warranty service, please contact us directly and fill out warranty application.

Our after sale service department will receive your warranty application and will contact you to confirm with you if you should send the drone to our specify service center or send back to factory.

When our service center or factory receive the drone and found out it is customer fault, we will inform our customer if they want to pay to fix it. If yes, we will start fixing it when the payment is received.

Exchange and Refund

Exchange: Refunds of returned merchandise are subjected to approval. Any returned defective merchandise will be inspected and tested before any action is taken. If we determine the returned merchandise is in fact defective, a replacement will be immediately issued, if no replacement is available and we can't fix the issue, a store credit will be offered, or if the merchandise was returned within 10 days of the date purchase. A refund might be an option using the same payment method used for the original purchase, minus any involved shippings costs. Also refunds for purchases paid in "cash" locally, will be only issue locally, we don't mail refunds. Refunds only applies for returned merchandise, shipping, insurance or any other "3rd party paid services" costs are not refundable.

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Returning a defective product

Contact us directly for asking. Each returned item returned without all the accessories that belongs to it, will not be eligible for refund or warranty coverage. Everything needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer. All returned merchandise must to be checked by our technician before we take any action. Upon receiving any product please check, test and try it before the exchange/refund period expires. Return shipping costs will be at customer expense.
We reserves the right to deny any request for refunds, store credit, replacement or exchange on returned items that was damaged by the user, improper use or with visible sign of abuse. Manufacturers will not take products back under the listed conditions. We have a fair to protect and support our good and honest customers.
