Shipping and Handling Time:
All orders received through our website are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your item is in stock at the time of the order, your products will usually be with you in just a few days depending on the shipping service you choose.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order.
If you are paying with a credit or debit card then we can only deliver your order to the registered address for the cardholder or registered addres. If you pay using PayPal then we will despatch goods to any address you have authorized within your account settings.
For domestic shipping,delivery 3-10 days. For overseas shipping, delivery within 14-21 days to arrive. Using International Air Service 10-14 days to arrive.
Once your parcel has been collected by NZ Postal Services, responsibility for its delivery is with NZ Postal Services. But we will assist and help in contacting NZ Postal Services if there is any problem so that a satisfactory solution can be found.
It is your responsibility to provide a trusted and secure delivery address where the goods can be delivered and signed for. It is important you give an address which only you or people you trust have access to. For your peace of mind we have used the same trusted courier company for many years and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries occur as expected.
Regarding package lost, even though packages are sent via NZ Postal Services, on very rare occasions losses can occur in transit. If this happens please allow 14-21 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact us immediately.
In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Support who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 40 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from CameraDronesPlaza.
Import and tax
Import duties, taxes, and charges are included on price listed. For domestic buyer, GST receipt will provide after order purchase.
